Meet Amy

I believe that we all have the power to access that inner wisdom which we can learn so much from. By using the breath we can relax the nervous system, come into our bodies, cleanse our organs, access higher states of consciousness and invite all parts of ourselves for tea.

I believe that talk therapy alone just keeps us stuck in the problem without a solution. If we have the willingness we can create the life we want by shedding all the layers and getting to the core.
