Over 7 weeks, we’ll explore 7 keys — tools and practices I’ve discovered over 3 years of my own recovery that helped me release alcohol and rebuild my life from the inside out.

These keys aren’t from a book or theory. They were born from relapse, resistance, stubbornness, and raw, real-life experience — everything I wish someone had handed me when I was stuck in the gutter.

Together, we’ll move through each key slowly, as a group, rewiring old patterns, shifting mindset, creating lasting habits, and stepping fully into the identity of a woman who is sober, confident, and thriving.

Expect honesty that cuts deep, compassion that heals, and tools that actually work. This isn’t about white-knuckling or just putting down the glass. It’s about living a life you don’t need to escape from, starting this Dry January — and carrying that freedom with you long after.

This isn’t about surface-level “quit drinking” advice. This is hands-on, step-by-step support to help you release alcohol, rebuild your life, and step fully into your power.

Each week, we focus on one key — mindset, identity, boundaries, self-worth, empowerment, and more. These are tools I’ve lived, tested, and refined over 3 years of my own recovery — everything I wish I’d had when I was stuck in the gutter.

One live session per week on Wednesday evenings 7:30pm UK/CET time — intimate, focused, and transformative. Together we’ll explore the key of the week and practice guided Breathwork to release, reset, and gain clarity. Every voice is heard, and real connection happens.

Journaling prompts, exercises, and challenges to turn insight into action, helping you embed new habits, mindset shifts, and ways of being.

Practical, doable tasks to strengthen your confidence, build new habits, and embody the identity of a sober woman thriving in her life.

Is this AA or 12-step based?

No — this is a modern, holistic approach centered on breathwork, mindset, and empowerment.

How many women are in each group?

Spaces are intentionally kept small so you feel seen, heard, and supported.

Will I get personal support from Amy?

Yes — you’ll have direct access in the group space, personally via Whatsapp and on live calls. You will be supported through-out and an option to have continuous support afterwards.
