The term "Breathwork is the official term used to describe Conscious, Connected Breathwork (CCB). This practice has experienced a significant surge in popularity over the last five years. This technique is a journey of breathing with no pause between the inhale and the exhale. Each session is different for everyone and the inherent wisdom of the breath intuitively guides you to where you need to be. Through this breath, we can go back to the roots of our experiences and gain a better understanding of our lives. We can cleanse our organs, make space for trauma healing, improve relationships with ourselves and others, heighten happiness and mindfulness, gain profound insights and improve physical, mental and emotional well-being. Some have also experienced spiritual connectivity and the breath can activate altered states of consciousness that allow us to tap into our innate healing wisdom, discover our authentic purpose and break free from negative life patterns and self-limiting beliefs.

The breath is the fundamental medicine…It serves as the essential remedy that reconnects us with our authentic selves. It offers liberation, strength and a feeling of equilibrium, easing the burdens of everyday life. It encapsulates the very core of existence.
