Hi I’m Amy,
Thanks for stopping by and coming into my world. I feel honoured that you are taking the time to find out more about me and my mission.
After graduating from Chester University, I left the UK to embark on a journey that I never could have imagined. I moved to China where I originally went to teach English for 6 months and ended up staying for 11 years. In this time I have been graced with so many amazing opportunities and I was always seeking new experiences and what I actually wanted to do from the bottom of my heart. I loved working with children and teaching for all these years, but something felt a bit off and I know I had more to share.
Since removing alcohol form my life it has taken a rapid shift and I’ve learned to fill the hole which was masked by booze for so many years. I found breathwork, community, ceremony, tribe, connections, love, sisterhood, joy, play, dance and a new life that brings so much more.
After a while “healing”, I started to contemplate really what my “purpose” was. I realised that my story was one that I had to share with others and felt a deep inner knowing and responsibility to share it. That's when I understood the need for a new kind of journey—one that explores the depths within. And so I packed up and left my “safe and comfortable" life in Beijing to step outside into the unknown. To discover and serve. A seeker wanting to serve.
By embracing the power of breath as a healing tool, Amy has discovered a profound transformation within herself. This newfound awareness has ignited a strong sense of responsibility within her to pass on her knowledge and support others on their journey of growth and self-discovery.
Breathwork
Our bodies hold onto all our experiences, even from before we were born. There's a wealth of wisdom stored within us, and taking a deep breath can open the gateway into that treasure trove.
